Well done, Michelle!!“I am a proud mom of six wonderful children and the Team Coordinator and Team Manager for homeschooling Destination Imagination teams in Charles County, Maryland. My proudest DI moment came in 2019 when co-manager Mrs. Jones and I took two of our sons and their two friends, the D.I.Lusionals, to the Destination Imagination Global Finals. There, this team of four diverse young men took fourth place in the Service Learning Challenge: Escape Artists and received the highly coveted DaVinci Award. I can’t express enough how important Destination Imagination is for students young and old! I donate to DI so that more students can afford the opportunity to show how innovative they can be when given a chance. This is especially important for the underserved or underrepresented communities. This is why I put my ‘Hat On For Creativity’ and continue to support Destination Imagination, and I hope you will consider joining me by making a donation to the Hats On For Creativity fundraising campaign. This holiday season, please join me in supporting Destination Imagination by putting on your ‘giving hat’ and making a donation to DI as part of the Hats On For Creativity fundraiser. I would like to formally challenge Ben White, a Challenge Writer from Pennsylvania, to participate in the Hats On For Creativity fundraising challenge.” You can make a donation to Destination Imagination as part of the Hats On For Creativity fundraising challenge with these 3 simple steps:1. We’re excited to unveil these sneak peeks for the upcoming Team Challenges. Due to Covid-19, this season’s Challenges will be written so that teams can solve them virtually

Destination Imagination (DI) is a non-profit, volunteer-led, cause-driven organization. Our purpose is to inspire and equip students to become the next generation of innovators and leaders. Annually, we offer seven new standards-based Challenges in STEM, Improv, Visual Arts, Service Learning, and Early Learning. Each Challenge is open-ended and enables student teams to learn and experience the creative process from imagination to innovation.
