Maryland Destination Imagination regrets to announce that the State DI Tournament scheduled for March 28th has been cancelled. UMBC has cancelled all on campus events until at least April 5th. Many Maryland school systems are restricting student participation in non-core activities and travel. Surely during the coming days we will see further developments of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the coming weeks, we will be contacting those teams that have qualified for the State Tournament with information on how teams will be identified for representing Maryland at Global Finals. We will be refunding all State Tournament registration fees that have been paid.
