All appraisers must attend one training every year. This training is one of three being held in Maryland. New central challenge appraisers will attend from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.. Veteran central challenge appraisers will attend from 9:30 a.m. to noon. First time instant challenge appraisers will attend from 9:00 a.m. to noon and veteran instant challenge appraisers will attend from 10:00 a.m. to noon.
