As a volunteer-led non-profit organization, we rely heavily on sponsorships to make sure we keep the cost associated with our program as low as possible for our participants. But we’re not asking for your money, we’re asking for your vote!
Now through August 23, Microsoft is celebrating organizations and people who do great things through its #UpgradeYourWorld campaign. They’ve identified nine global non-profits, and now need your help in choosing the 10th. The organization that receives the most votes will receive a $500,000 donation.
Help us continue to turn inspiration into action and reach more students worldwide by telling Microsoft how Destination Imagination has benefitted and empowered you. Share your story through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, tag Destination Imagination (see social media handles below) and include the #UpgradeYourWorld and #vote hashtags.
Destination Imagination doesn’t cure cancer or end world hunger, but we help inspire and teach the kids who will go on to do these things and truly make a difference in the world. With your help, we can inspire more kids who can and help them become the next generation of creative thinkers, innovators and leaders.

At Global Finals 2015, students filled out hundreds of thousands of Post-It notes describing how they would help develop solutions to some of the world’s greatest challenges, including childhood poverty, climate change and illiteracy.
Thank you in advance for casting your vote for DI in the #UpgradeYourWorld campaign!
