Destination Imagination, Inc. is seeking to hire a Marketing Manager. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating marketing communications and projects for Destination Imagination, ensuring plans and activities combine to meet the strategic direction for DI and contribute to growth and positive net promoter scores. This includes leading an annual marketing planning process during which plans and goals are determined and documented; proactively and regularly checking in with stakeholders and executing resulting activities; developing, planning, and executing both inbound and outbound marketing strategy, including owning a web and social content plan; developing and executing launch plans for new products; working closely with the events team, alumni relations, development, and leadership to coordinate activity timing and collaborate on high-priority projects; budget ownership and resource allocation; and tracking and reporting progress.
